4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup Kraft® Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/4 cup Kraft® Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese
2 Tbs mayonnaise
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 (10 oz) pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
1/2 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
2 (8 oz) cans Pillsburyâ„¢ Refrigerated Crescent Rolls
1 egg white
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350° F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. In a bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella, parmesan, mayonnaise, salt and pepper. Stir in the spinach and artichokes.
- Unroll crescent dough. Cut each triangle in half, forming two triangles. In the middle of each piece, add 1 tablespoon of spinach mixture. Fold up the corners around the spinach mixture, and pinch in the middle to seal. Place on baking sheet.
- Brush the tops with egg white. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden-brown on top.
